16 Then this word of the Lord came to Jehu son of Hanani against Ba’asha: ² “I raised you up from the dust and appointed you leader over my people Israel, but you have walked in the ways of Jeroboam, and you have caused my people Israel to sin, provoking me to anger with their sin.
